• Jet Rodding -  While jet rodding itself isn't a new technology, recent advancements in the field have enabled our state of the art equipment to use high-pressure water jets to safely clean grease, sludge and remove tree roots from your sanitary sewer line. Jet rodding brings the pipe back to almost factory condition, without the added expense of digging to repair or replace the pipe. Jet Rodding can be utilized on pipes of all sizes from 1.5" pipes to 12" mains.
• Sewer Televising - Televising is a state of the art technology that allows you to see live footage of the condition of your sewer lines, in order to properly diagnose the problem. You will be able to see if your sewer lines are broken, separated, or decaying, along with blockages such as tree roots. This equipment also comes with a transmitter that pinpoints the exact location of the problem.
• Power Rodding - Power rodding is another form of drain cleaning that uses an electric motor to turn a drum containing a steel cable with a cutter on the end to break through tree roots or other blockages in the pipe.
• Sump/Ejector Pumps - Installation and servicing of sump and ejector pumps. We understand that when these problems occur, they are not always at a convenient time, which is why all of our service trucks are equipped with sump pumps and ejector pumps to meet your needs.
• Locator - A locator pinpoints the exact location of problem areas in your sewer main and also determines its depth by audio and digital readouts. It can also locate through cast iron, clay tile, PVC, and any other types of material.
• Sewer Line Repair/Replacement - In extreme cases, a sewer line may need to be dug up and repaired/replaced. However, in most circumstances, a cleanout station can be installed to alleviate the unnecessary digging of the entire line.
• Sewer Lining - When proper conditions apply, Sewer Lining is the alternative to digging and replacing sewer lines for residential and commercial properties. It relines virtually any material (clay, cast, etc). Sewer lining prevents roots from infiltrating and water from ex-filtrating and bridges missing sections of pipe, which renews the pipe life to a minimum of 50 years. Although it is not inexpensive, sewer lining is highly effective under driveways, city streets, sidewalks, and other difficult or impossible excavation locations.
• Routine Servce Plans - Get set up on a service plan that works with your sewer or drain lines to maintain the health of your system. We will call you and set up appointments at your convenience, so we can help you maintain your sewer properly in order to avoid high cost repairs.
